One lamb shank slow roasted with potato and carrot in a rich savory gravy.
Gluten free, dairy free.
InstructionsKeep frozen until use. Defrost in the refrigerator 24 hours prior to use.Bake in the oven in the aluminum dish provided. Cook at 190 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until brown on top. May be rotated during cooking.May be baked frozen at 150 degrees for 1 hour, then raise temperature to 190 and take out when top browns nicely.
Consume immediately after cooking.
